What is Fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is defined as chronic widespread pain with heightened and painful response to pressure. Fibromyalgia has also been sited as the cause of fatigue, sleep disturbance and stiffness in joints, all of which can be and often are described as ‘debilitating’. What’s frustrating about a diagnosis with fibromyalgia is that it doesn’t really explain much.
Traditional Symptom Suppressor
The only remedy offered is a cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs. One being either a pain killer, such as a T3 or even stronger opiates, and the other usually being one of these three:
- Antidepressant
- Anticonvulsant
- Narcolepsy drugs
In our opinion that is akin to removing the red warning light on the dash of your car when it is trying to make you aware that there is a problem!!
The Root of the Problem
When a person eats a diet of mostly acid-forming foods the body cannot rid itself of the acid residue that reeks havoc on your body. Every person’s body responds differently by storing the excess acid residue in different places in your body, in an effort to keep the acid residue out of the blood stream, which would be fatal. In some people the acid storage manifests itself as a radiating pain throughout the body, others in their joints or fat cells.
When the body is given the minerals it needs to escort the acid residue out of the body, then the body is empowered to heal itself.
Solution
These minerals can be obtained through eating a healthy raw diet of 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods
