Should for some reason the product you purchased be defective we will be happy to refund your money, upon the return of the unused portion of our product within 15 days of purchase.

PLEASE email us to receive a “Return Policy Authorization Number” BEFORE you return the product. No refund will be given without this number accompanying the returned product. Returning the product to us allows us to test it for ongoing quality control purposes.

For all other return requests we accept only the unopened packages within 15 days of purchase. Refund will be given less shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
