Morning Motivator

So many folks we meet, truly desire to get on board with eating more healthfully, but don't really know how to take the first steps.

Morning Motivator For 1 person

1 Tbls. Suede Hills Alfalfa powder
1/2 Tbls. Suede Hills Olive Leaf powder
1 Tbls. Pumpkin/Sunflower seed mixture
1/2 Tbls. Chia seed
1 Orange, peeled
1/2 cup fresh Pineapple chunks
1/2 Banana, peeled
a few red or black Grapes
a slice of fresh Ginger
1-1inch piece of fresh Lemon, peeled
Suede Hills Green Stevia Water added to the "maximum fill line"
Blend for 1 minute or until the smoothness you desire.

***If you are using a Nutri Bullet, place the ingredients in the small container in the order given.

***If you are using the regular mini-blender, start with about 3/4 cup of the Green Stevia Water(or regular water), then add the ingredients in reverse order listed above, then add the rest of the sweet liquid to create the right consistancy you prefer.

Morning Motivator For 2 People

The Basic Morning Motivator Recipe serves 2 people:

2 heaping TBSP. Suede Hills Alfalfa powder
1 TBSP. Suede Hills Olive Leaf powder.
2 TBSP. pumpkin/sunflower seed mixture
1/2 TBSP. China, Flax, or Hemp seeds
3/4 cup fresh Pineapple chopped
1/2 of a Banana, peeled
1 Orange, peeled
1/2 a Mango
a small chunk of fresh Ginger root
a few grapes for extra sweetness

(Add the fresh fruit of your choice, the exceptions are, NO Blueberries, Cranberries or Plums, because they are acid-forming)

Add enough Suede Hills Green Stevia Water to the fill line on the Nutri Bullet and blend for a minute or so.
You can use plain water instead, but the sweetness of the Green Stevia Water helps to naturally sweeten the flavour of any green drink.
