it is so good at detoxifying the blood.

We have had many testimonies to this.**

We find ourselves in the rainy, humid tropics learning about unique fruits and the truth about eating what is in season.

Sending you all the highest vibrational energy,

health, wealth & wisdom

for this coming amazing year of golden opportunities.

These opportunities will most likely be filled with

out of this world disruption and limitless change

Fine Tuning the Food Experience!

So as many of you are aware,

Phil and I have been Vegans for 17 years.

Though we started adding eggs twice a month

to our diet to be sure our B12 levels

were where they needed to be.

We are always looking for ways

to improve what we put in our body.

Phil spends hour after hour researching

the best, natural ways

to nourish,

and heal our body if need be.

I have wondered about the blood types before

and even experimented with changing up our food

a little 25 or 30 years ago.

I met with resistance back then

because of my young daughter and his young son.

It always intrigued me

as to why there is more than one blood type

in humans to begin with.

And since there is,

does the type of food we eat actually matter?

Especially since the blood is what delivers

the nutrients to the cells of the body.

I am sure you have all heard of the book

Eat Right for Your Blood Type

which came out for the first time 25 or 30 years ago.

Well, I had been asking myself recently,

“What can we do to up our nutrient and health game?”

The answer showed up within a day or two,

when the Blood Type “A” Food List Book

turned up in my hands most unexpectedly.

Turns out we had been eating many fruits

that did not suit our Blood Type for many years, according to the book.

And we were still healthier than most our age!!

So Fine Tuning,

should reap even greater rewards, right??

Now I want to make this perfectly clear,

we are in the midst of this experiment on ourselves. Which is what we always do.

Phil calls us the guinea pigs

that get experimented on

and then we share the results

with those who have ears to hear.

So here we are in the tropics

and we are NOT eating much of what grows

in abundance here, such as

bananas, papaya, mango, oranges, coconut, plantain just to name a few of the “Avoid” fruits for us “A’s”

Thankfully we can indulge in Pineapple!!

Black Sapote, Dragon Fruit, Passion Fruit, Guava

plus Star Fruit have been the replacements.

It will be interesting to see what fruits I can use

when we get back home.

So far, the results are

an even better moving digestive tract.

I feel that I have lost some inches here and there.

I don’t get bloated as often.

(Raw peanuts are bad for that)

As always, trying to figure out what to eat is the kicker. And eating out is simply off the list.

Though we have always found eating out

to be a less than positive experience.

Simplicity has been the answer.

Once over the initial hump of change,

having a meal of a Grapefruit with either a couple of Rice Cakes or toasted Sourdough Bread

with Almond Butter and Peanut Butter mixed together has been great.

We do other veggie dishes

like the Curried Cauliflower we love so much.

But, the simpler the better.

Good thing for us that Alfalfa

is a highly beneficial food for us!!

FYI~ There are many Veggies etc. that are beneficial for all blood types, so don’t give up before you even start.

Healthy, Happy Longevity is the goal for us.

And to empower you to live your best life ever,

while we live our best life ever too!

We will continue to share our findings with you.

With much gratitude and appreciation to you all.

Happy New Year from Belize!
