December 2018 – Does getting up in the middle of the night to pee bother you?


Knowledge is Power But APPLICATION is the KEY that opens the door!!

Really, can you believe it is December already?

I like December, it seems to bring out the best in so many of us. It also means that there is NO outside work to do on the farm, YEAH!

Phil and I celebrated my 60th birthday last month at a very unique local eatery. We were extremely impressed with their space and the food was amazing. But more than that, was the heart and soul behind the food.

Does getting up in the middle of the night to pee bother you?

I propose that you consider peeing,(even in the middle of the night), a blessing! If you don’t think so, just ask someone on dialysis!

I hear people complaining often about not wanting to get up to pee in the middle of the night.

So here is a great example of how your perspective can truly change your life experience.

First let’s understand what is going on, especially if you are using our Suede Hills products! Phil says his best inspirations & answers come in the middle of the night! This is a guy who is excited to get up and pee 2 or 3 times at night! He drinks lots of water, eats loads of juicy fruit and takes his Alfalfa and Olive Leaf faithfully.

I heard Wayne Dyer say that the majority of his writing was done at 4 in the morning.

I have found that if you don’t stress about not sleeping you can easily get back to sleep.
