Carrot Salad
This is one of the easiest salads to make and so refreshing.
Served as a side salad in this picture alongside Coconut Curried Broccoli:
- Grate 6 CARROTS into a bowl
- Add the juice of 1 small fresh LEMON
- Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of GARLIC POWDER over the mix
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
Toss until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, you will be amazed at how a few sesame seeds add so much flavour.
