Cabbage Rolls Without the Work


Start by making the rice of your choice. Then set aside. (I make potatoes for Phil)

In a deep-dish frying pan add,

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 medium Onions, peeled & chopped
  • 2 Vegan veggie broth cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves, ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

Stir, then add,

  • 4-6 medium fresh Tomatoes, chopped (more if necessary)
  • 1/2 head Cabbage, finely sliced & chopped

Combine the ingredients, simmer on low until the cabbage wilts.

Serve over cooked rice, potatoes or other satisfying carb!

Though I prefer to eat mostly raw food, it is a good compromise to eat tasty vegan cooked dishes every once in a while. We find that when the weather turns colder nothing beats a warm meal.

We encourage you to eat at least one raw veg or fruit at each meal so your body has something fresh to work with.
