The smoke comes and the smoke goes!
It has been one of those summers
that makes you appreciate
the simple act of breathing clean air.
Our temps have been warm,
in the high 20’s Celsius and mid to low 30’s this season.
Twenty five years ago
when we first came to this piece of land
it was between 45 to 48 degrees Celsius
from mid July to mid August!
So much for global warming in our part of the world!

So, now that Phil and I
are doing ALL the work on the farm,
with a bit of help from a friend here and there…
where do we go from here?
Obviously we are looking for ways
to streamline our operation.
We are asking for your input.
We are aware that there are businesses that run
as a seasonal operation,
there are businesses that are run as
Private Members groups, etc.
What other kinds of options
are you wonderful folks aware of?
Or do you have a superb creative idea
that is way outside of the box?
