The world is a bit whacky right now
to say the least.
Staying focused on the stuff you can affect change in right where you are right now
is a way to stay neutral or even positive
and have a sense of being able to manage
yourself and your space.
Folks like you,
who are pro-active in their own personal health care,
we honor and share a double thumbs up with!!
Thank you for taking responsibility for yourself.
The healthier we each are the more able we are
to be of assistance to others.
As we move forward in this wacky world we are going to learn that “we the people”,
are the ones who will facilitate true positive change
for the better, for all of us.
Do you know that you light up a room
when you walk into it?
Your vibrant healthy energy helps to lift others.
We saw how this works first hand recently.
Healthy, vibrant people come into a room
where elderly sedentary folks are.
Within a short period of time,
those who were hunched over and lethargic
or in a bit of a zombie-like stooper in front of a TV,
came alive and engaged in conversations,
sat up more straight
and began to contribute
to the new vibrancy in the room.
We all have this potential for our own
individual “awesomeness”
to be a blessing to others.
To be a beacon of light, and joy.
They may never know or remember your name,
but they know they were significantly impacted
even if it was just a simple awareness
of having some fun,
or being acknowledged, included
and validated as existing.
This is true when in the presence
of young people too!
You are so powerful
and you greatly impact the world
in a positive way.
Healthy people contribute so much more
to the collective of humanity
than just looking after themselves.
They radiate life force energy which in turn
can allow others to see that example
and choose to elevate themselves too.
It may only be in baby steps at first,
but what better way to live one’s life
than from a place of 100% in service to self
by looking after your health
AND
100% in service to others.
There is no greater reward
than to know you have positively impacted someone
by your example or your presence.
