Apple Walnut Muesli


We enjoy this for breakfast, as a snack and sometimes even for dessert! Enjoy!

Apple Walnut Muesli

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups Almond Mylk, (add 1 tsp. Green Leaf Stevia Powder)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups diced apple
  • juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
  • lemon zest
  • 2 cups fruit puree (peach, apricot, berries)
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded or chips
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Mix Almond Mylk and Green Leaf Stevia Powder first and let “steep” for 20 minutes. Then combine all the ingredients together.

Feel free to mix and match your fruits.
